Registration Types

  • Full registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Industry Insights, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address, IA general session and opening night party.
  • Full government/academia registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Industry Insights, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address, IA general session and opening night party. Available to registrants with a valid email address (.state, .gov, .mil, .edu).
  • Industry Insights & exhibit hall registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Industry Insights, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address and IA general session.
  • Exhibits-only registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address and IA general session.
  • Speaker registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Industry Insights, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address, IA general session and opening night party.
  • IA University-only registration includes exhibits, new product contest, Live From the Show Floor! presentations, keynote address and IA general session.

IA University classes are offered at an additional fee. Register for three or more classes by Nov. 1 and save 5%. When prompted, enter coupon code “3classes” in your shopping cart to receive the discount.

** A maximum of 300 Harley Davidson raffle tickets will be available for sale. All proceeds will go to support IA workforce development. Individuals purchasing a raffle ticket will automatically be entered for a chance to win a brand-new 2019 Road King, two-tone red worth $20,000. The winner does not need to be present to win. In lieu of the bike, the winner can elect to receive $10,000 cash. The IA will adhere to IRS reporting requirements. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize value. Tickets are nonrefundable.

IA Membership

Nonmembers can receive member pricing by joining the Irrigation Association. To join, you must fax or mail your completed membership application.

Cancelation & Privacy Policy

Written cancelation and refund requests must be received by Nov. 15. Cancelations received between Nov. 15 and Nov. 29 will be assessed a $50 administrative fee. Cancelations and refund requests should be emailed to registration@irrigation.org or faxed to 703.536.7019 no later than Nov. 29. No refunds will be given for cancelations received after Nov. 29 or for no-shows. Harley-Davidson raffle tickets are nonrefundable. By registering for the Irrigation Show and Education Week, you agree to receive Irrigation Association-related material via email or mail.
